Lip Sync Battle Fundraiser – A Night to Remember in the Park Hotel, Kiltimagh November 15th, 2025 What a night we had! Our highly anticipated Lip Sync Battle Fundraiser lit up the Park Hotel in Kiltimagh on November 15th, delivering an evening of unforgettable performances, nonstop laughs, and incredible community spirit—all in support of our mission to build a much-needed playground for local children. From the moment the lights came up, it was clear the audience was in for something truly special. Tina Turner and Rod Stewart kicked off the show with an electric opening number that set the tone for the entire night—bold, energetic, and full of heart. Next, Steve Perry took to the stage, giving a powerhouse performance that reminded us all to “Don’t Stop Believin’”—and we won’t, especially as we edge closer to making our playground a reality. The crowd erupted when Johnny Cash and June Carter stepped into the spotlight, taking us all to Jackson with charm and chemistry that would’ve made the originals proud. Not long after, Jon Bon Jovi had everyone singing along as he brought us “Halfway There,” which felt especially fitting as we continue pushing toward our fundraising goals. Then came Cher, dazzling the room with a lively rendition of “It’s in His Kiss,” followed by an energetic duo performance from Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron, who transported the audience to “The Other Side” with showman-level flair. Just when we thought the night couldn’t get any bigger, Meat Loaf stormed the stage with a fiery “Bat Out of Hell,” leaving the crowd breathless. And finally, the legendary Dolly Parton came “out of retirement” for one night only—bringing warmth, joy, and big laughs to close out the show.
A Remarkable Community AchievementThanks to the incredible generosity and support shown on the night, we have raised an amazing €19,454. We are now so close to reaching our €25,000 goal—just a little more and our dream playground will become a reality. This playground will be a lasting gift to the children of our community and surrounding areas, providing a safe, fun, and welcoming space for many years to come. It will be a place to play, to meet friends, to connect, and to build memories that will last a lifetime.
Thank You A heartfelt thank-you to every performer, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter who made this night possible. Your energy, your creativity, and your generosity have brought us one step away from completing something truly meaningful. We’re nearly there—let’s keep believing, keep supporting, and together, let’s build a playground our children can enjoy for generations.
